Orinyx.ai (the "Service") is operated by Clickateam, Inc. ("Clickateam", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service you ("you", "user") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Orinyx.ai provides AI-assisted tools to plan, generate, and produce marketing assets (including ad copy, video scripts, and static ad creatives). Features, availability, and limits may change at any time.
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and have authority to bind any organization you represent. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service unlawfully or to infringe others' rights; (b) submit fraudulent, spam, or misleading content; (c) upload malware or attempt to probe, scan, or breach the Service; (d) scrape or reverse engineer the Service; (e) resell or redistribute the Service without written consent; or (f) circumvent technical limits or usage quotas.
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Clickateam a limited, worldwide license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have all necessary rights to any inputs you provide (including images and copy).
The Service uses generative AI. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any output before use, and for ensuring outputs comply with applicable law and platform policies (including advertising rules). The Service must not be used to produce illegal content, deepfakes without consent, hate speech, malware, or to jailbreak safety systems. Outputs are not professional advice.
Clickateam retains all rights in the Service, its software, documentation, and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service under your active plan. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our IP to you.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, currency, taxes, renewals, cancellations, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Please also review our Refund Policy.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. You may export your content during any export window we make available before deletion.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clickateam's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold Clickateam harmless from claims arising from your content, your use of AI outputs, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
